About The Southeast Michigan Hospital Collaborative

The Southeast Michigan Hospital Collaborative works together to prevent Type 2 Diabetes in Southeast Michigan using evidenced-based prevention programs. We present this video which shares different stories from current and former Diabetes Prevention Program (DPP) participants.

The National DPP is an affordable, high-quality lifestyle change program for people with prediabetes. The program can help reduce risk of type 2 diabetes and improve overall health.
